Bramble Ski, part of Le Collectionist, are looking for a Operations Director to join the team in Switzerland.

As Operations Director, you will bring a dynamic and authoritative presence to our prestigious brands: Le Collectionist, Bramble Ski, and Haute Montagne across Verbier and Zermatt. Your role demands an unwavering commitment to excellence in the luxury travel industry, showcasing both passion and deep industry knowledge.

You will oversee the properties and maintenance of a secure, productive and enjoyable work environment for your team, ensuring operational efficiency across both our resorts. Your leadership will be vital in fostering strong relationships with chalet owners and suppliers, thereby enhancing our brand’s reputation in one of the world’s most renowned ski destinations.

In this critical role, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize both resort operations, elevate guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of service and safety. Your vision and expertise will be instrumental in guiding the operational strategy and ensuring seamless execution across multiple luxury properties.
