Snowy spectacles

During February and early March, Courchevel’s skies come alive with the International Festival of Pyrotechnic Art. This annual event showcases breathtaking fireworks displays, each night featuring a unique theme that transforms the sky into a mesmerizing canvas of lights and colours. It’s a magical experience that draws crowds eager to witness one of the most impressive fireworks festivals in the Alps.

In addition to the fireworks, Courchevel proudly hosted the prestigious FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in February 2023, marking the resort as a top skiing destination with World champions competing on the resort’s renowned slopes. Head to the L’Eclipse black piste in Courchevel to ski the same slope as used by the world champions in 2023 and experience the sensation of top-level skiing.
