This stylish, modern family chalet with beautiful views sits a 5-minute drive from the heart of Méribel, and 150m from the piste

Located just 150m from the piste in the peaceful La Renarde area of Méribel, this newly built 400m² chalet offers stunning views and a modern, sophisticated design. Surrounded by fir trees, it provides the perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

With six bedrooms and space for 12 guests, the chalet is just a short walk from the nearest slopes, giving you direct access to skiing. The home is clad in light wood and features large windows that bring the beauty of the landscape inside, offering uninterrupted views from every angle.

Relax in the living room with its vaulted ceiling and cozy fire, while enjoying breathtaking views of the Méribel Valley and Mont Vallon. The plush TV room with a large velvet sofa is perfect for movie nights.

On this floor, there’s also a fully equipped bar with a wine fridge, ideal for entertaining. The separate dining room seats 12 guests and features velvet chairs and stylish lighting. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped, ready to help you prepare delicious meals.

The bedrooms in Chalet Altius are spacious and inviting, providing the perfect place to rest before another day on the slopes. The Master suite, located on the top floor, includes a dressing room, TV, desk area, and an en-suite bathroom with both a freestanding bath and a shower. The standout feature is the private balcony, offering peaceful mountain views—a perfect spot for morning coffee.

On the ground floor, there are five additional bedrooms. Three are en-suite double rooms, and another can be set up as either a twin or double. All rooms feature neutral alpine décor and generous en-suites. Each has access to a shared or private balcony or terrace, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views right from their room. The last bedroom is a double bunk room, sharing an en-suite with one of the double rooms, ideal for a family suite.

After a day in the mountains, unwind in the spa and gym area. It includes a soothing indoor hot tub, hammam, sauna, massage room, and professional gym equipment. There’s also a cozy second TV room, perfect for kids to watch their favorite movie while adults relax upstairs.

The property features elevator access to all floors, a laundry room, a ski room with heated boot warmers, and an indoor garage for two cars. There’s also one additional outdoor parking space.
