Located in the heart of the Three Valleys, Méribel is part of one of the largest ski areas in the world, nestled between the superb resorts of Courchevel and Val Thorens, which also include the villages of Saint Martin de Belleville and Les Menuires. This exceptional ski area features over 600 km of slopes and 160 lifts, ranging from 1,450 m to 3,200 m in altitude. If you’re up for a challenge, you can ski all Three Valleys in one day. Get up early and head to the glacier in Val Thorens to reach the summit of the Three Valleys at 3,200 m before cruising back into Meribel and heading over to Courchevel to enjoy a late lunch on the sun-soaked terrace of Bel Air. Make sure to keep track of the time so you can return in time for the last lift back to Meribel!

If you’re looking for something more challenging, Meribel also features some terrific off-piste options, including the daunting couloirs of the ‘Vertical Experience’ in Meribel and Courchevel, as well as the L’Eclipse black run in Courchevel, used for the 2023 Men’s Alpine World Ski Championships.
