A contemporary and cosy haven nestled in the heart of Verbier's vibrant village.

Kings Parc 115 is a beautiful alpine apartment in the heart of Verbier, perfect for a winter escape. With an unbeatable location, it’s just a 2-minute walk to Place Centrale and 5 minutes from Medran, Verbier’s main lift station.

Step inside your cosy mountain retreat and enjoy the spacious open-plan living area. Designed with modern furnishings and classic alpine charm, the apartment feels both stylish and welcoming. Soft grey tones, oak floors, and wooden accents create a warm and relaxing space.

The large kitchen looks out over the dining area, where a big table seats up to eight guests. It’s the perfect place to share meals and make memories with friends and family.

Natural light streams in through tall French doors, leading to the balcony. Here, you can sip your morning coffee outside or enjoy an evening drink as the sun sets. The living room, with its glass-panelled wood-burning fireplace, is the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the mountains. Sink into the big wrap-around sofa and enjoy a cosy movie night with loved ones.

Kings 115 has three beautifully designed bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom includes a desk, TV, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It opens out onto the balcony. The second double bedroom has access to its own private terrace and a separate en-suite shower room. The third double bedroom also has a TV and an en-suite shower room. The apartment also includes private laundry facilities.

In the building, you’ll find a shared ski room and an underground parking garage with one dedicated parking space.

Kings Parc 115 mixes modern comfort with alpine charm, making it the perfect place to enjoy all that Verbier has to offer.
