We are one of the few operators in the Alps to contract all of our luxury chalets on an exclusive basis. Our specialist and tailored approach allows us to build lasting relationships with our property owners, each of whom are incredibly important to us. We take the care of your property into our own hands, and our highly experienced and passionate staff prioritise maintaining the immaculate condition of your home. We endeavour to ensure when you return to your property, you feel like you have never been away.

On-site expertise taking care of your home

We are based in the mountains year-round with our head office in Verbier, Switzerland in the very heart of the Alps, with subsidiary companies operating in France and Austria. We stand out from the crowd with our exceptional resort and service teams and the care and attention that they deliver to our clients and property owners. With training in part by EHL, the world’s leading hospitality school, our Bramble Ski Pros, and our sleek branding we have come to signify the highest standard of excellence within the resorts in which we operate. Our resort and maintenance teams are trained in how to take care of the finest luxury homes, from completing inventories and damage checks to managing, cleaning and resolving problems within the property during a rental. Allowing you to relax, safe in the knowledge that your home is being taken care of at every stage of a rental with Bramble Ski.

We strive to build excellent, communicative relationships with all our owners and to provide a professional channel of communication between owner and client. Our priority is to make the whole process entirely seamless from both sides and utilise our years of expertise to give you the peace of mind that your home is in safe hands. Our team is made up of luxury travel experts, who have been with Bramble Ski since its early days and have extensive knowledge of the luxury market. They are in contact with our owners on a regular basis and are available to answer any questions you may have. This personal contact allows us to build lasting relationships with our owners, many of who have been with Bramble Ski for several years.

Tailored marketing and sales strategy for your home

Our policy is to find the right balance between generating high weekly owner incomes, while minimising wear and tear. We pursue a low risk business model where sensible capital reserves are maintained against any financial risks. Our sales team work extremely closely with guests at all points of their stay. Be it communicating the owner’s preferences beforehand, handling contracts and payments and gathering feedback after their stay, we know exactly when to step in, and where to step back to ensure a high repeat guest rate, without compromising the integrity of your home.

Our marketing team manage the creation and distribution of all the marketing material for your property, ensuring it appears in all the places that count. Our team of SEO and digital marketing experts ensure your property will have the visibility on the web where it matters. We engage one of the top luxury travel PR companies and our properties regularly feature in the most prestigious publications. All actions are targeted at increasing sales of your property to the right markets and clients.
